Safety
BAT Construction takes SAFETY SERIOUSLY!
At BAT Construction, safety is our highest priority across all operations.
Our commitment to worksite safety is upheld through robust systems designed to identify, assess, and control hazardous conditions and behaviors in the workplace. This is achieved through the leadership of IRATA Level 3 certified management and the ongoing development of our workforce via comprehensive in-house training and safety programs. These programs emphasize hazard assessment and the implementation of effective control measures.
As a COR certified company, all crew members receive training specific to the tasks they perform, including equipment competency evaluations, compliance with site-specific Rope Access Plans, and job-specific instruction. Our green-hand program ensures that new workers are closely supervised until they are deemed fully qualified to perform their duties safely and independently.
BAT Construction conducts workplace inspections at intervals based on the risk level of the work and the experience of the personnel involved. These inspections, often carried out in collaboration with members of the Joint Health & Safety Committee, are a critical component of our safety management system. They support continuous improvement and reinforce a culture of safety awareness at every level of the organization.

Our unwavering commitment to safety, ongoing personnel development, and exceptional client service has fostered long-standing relationships with our clients—many spanning years, and in some cases, decades.
We take great pride in our strong safety record and firmly believe that the best policy is ensuring every team member returns home safely each day. At the same time, we remain focused on delivering cost-effective and high-quality services to our clients.
With over 30 years of safe, reliable, and reputable operations, BAT Construction continues to be a trusted leader in the industry.
